“HDH" stands for Health Data Hosting. Act No. 2002-303 of 4 March 2002 on the rights of patients and the quality of the health care system has profoundly disrupted the relationship between patients and health professionals. By stating the principle of the right to information of the patient and reaffirming the right to confidentiality of patient data, the law has marked a significant evolution in the organization of the health system. The right to confidentiality of health data conditions their terms, and conditions accommodation.
