Open the e-mail and click on the link to enter the online consultation room. If you land on the home page, it means the doctor has left the consultation room.
If you did not receive the email with the link:
- Check your spam/junk. If you do not find the email in your spam/junk, log in to your account and see if there is an error in your email address.
- You can also renew your request for a consultation by video. For a quicker response, request a consultation by writing.
