There are three types of consultations:
Before each consultation, it is very important to complete your health record (see Why should I complete my health record) and to provide as much detail as possible about your symptoms. This will help correctly diagnose your issue, and can speed up the process for sending a prescription. Regardless of the type of consultation, always begin by describing your medical situation. See How to ask my medical question correctly?
For written requests : Log in to your account, click on New Question and check the option I prefer to consult by writing. You will receive a notification by SMS or email when a doctor replies. Discussions are restricted within your account, you can not discuss by e-mail or SMS.
For telephone requests : Log in to your account, click on New question and check the option I prefer to consult by telephone. When the doctor calls, his/her number will be displayed as a blocked number. The wait time for telephone requests may be longer than the wait time for written requests. Please note that if you request a consultation by telephone, the doctor often asks for additional information before calling you. Make sure to detail your request as much as possible.
For video requests : You can consult a doctor by video using a computer or smartphone. Log in to your account, click on New question and check the option I prefer to consult by video. See Video requests, and What can I do to ensure a good quality video consultation ?
