When you connect to your account, the systems checks to make sure you are still eligible. If your health insurance company has changed, check that your new health insurance company provides the service, see Our Partners.
To add a subscription:
Step 1: Log in to your account. Click on your first name (top right, to access your account).
Step 2: Click on My Subscriptions, and then click on Add a subscription. Then enter your new membership number or activation code.
Step 3: Enter your membership number or activation code and click Add a subscription.
