- If one of our partners offers you the service, but you encountered an error message, it is likely the information you provided in the registration form is incorrect.
Carefully check that you entered the code correctly. More specifically, pay attention :
- That your first and last name are not reversed
If you are attempting to register with a membership number, try again by copying the exact same information found on your insurance card or insurance contract. If your name contains a hyphen, or has been shortened, if your birthday is reversed, copy it like that into the registration form.
If you are attempting to register with an activation code, contact the partner or person who gave you the code to ensure it is still valid.
